Vision and Role of Congregational Prayer Coordinators

One of the desires of Clark County Prayer Connect is to help identify, encourage, and equip Congregational Prayer Coordinators in as many congregations as possible.  If a congregation could benefit from a person who focuses on worship, or ministry to youth, men, women, children, etc. would they not also benefit from someone who regularly focuses on the prayer life of each individual as well as the congregation?  No one in the church is against prayer, but might it be good if there was a specific person who was really for prayer?

We encourage you to consider who in your congregation or ministry could be that prayer coordinator.  Here is an editable Word Doc of some suggestions about the vision and role of a congregational prayer coordinator.  Our hope is that you find it helpful to understand how this may look and develop in your own setting.  CPC Vision and role – CCPC
